Ghiass has extensive management experience working with experienced financial associates having worked with MetLife as a Co-Managing Director. He grew the practice to 250 representatives in 5 locations, and ranked among the top 3 agencies nationwide. Ghiass also worked with Mass Mutual as an agency Managing Director a total of 3 years.
